Order Status

 

-You will be receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

 

-Please allow about 1-3 business days for processing & packaging of your order.

 

-If you have any concerns about the product you received. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. contact@littelalii.com

Return Policy

-We offer 14 days policy. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase we aren’t able to refund or exchange.

 

-We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from Little Alii LLC

-All Refunds upon approval. Please email contact@littlealii.com

-Once we approval your return, we will send you a notification email that we have received your return item.

 

-Items purchased from the SALE category are FINAL SALE ONLY.

 

-We cannot accept return or submit refunds after items have been washed.

 

-Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Little Alii LLC is not responsible for lost return shipment. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

-The Following items cannot be refund or exchange for store credit due to hygiene reasons

     -Socks + Tights and food sets.

-Cost of shipping the returned items is the responsibility of the buyer
